Guest are free to use the complimentary wifi. The entire guest house area is covered.
All rooms are equiped with en-suite bathrooms / showers. We also provide towels for your convenience.
There are additional blankets in the cupboard for your comfort. Should you require more blankets, kindly ask reception or call the manager on duty.
All rooms are furnished with a selection of connections. Should you require any alternative plug, please contact reception.
If you are out and about, please use your “PLEASE MAKE UP MY ROOM” door hanger to indicate that we can proceed to tidy your room. For any housekeeping assistance please contact reception.
Should you need assistance with your luggage or require storage, please arrange with reception. Each room is furnished with a luggage rack, please USE this. Please refrain from putting suitcases on the bed and floor, as this makes cleaning the rooms difficult. We thank you for your co-operation.
Laundry – Laundry room is also available for guests ask for assistance at reception or arrange with the manager on duty.
Baby Cots – Should you be travelling with a baby, kindly contact reception to arrange for a camping cot and linen to be delivered to your room. This will however be charged to your room.
Iron and Board – An iron and ironing board is available on request at reception. Please do not iron on the bed or floor.
Should you attempt this, please note any damages will be added to your bill.
